Fighting with fainting spell



I think all of you know about the matter of fainting spell. This is one kind of common disease or common problem now. Anyone can suffer with this problem though he is healthy or not. The other name of fainting spell is syncope. Actually this word came from this pronouncing- (SIN-ko-pee). Fainting spell means the sudden fall of consciousness which occurring for dropping blood flow from the brain. The blood moves its place from brain when faint occurs. Some reason is responsible for fainting spell. These are- low blood sugar, exhaustion, problem of nervous system, anemia etc. Though it is not consider as a so serious disease but it becomes a frightening of sufferer in some cases. So, if we want to maintain a happy and healthy life we have to know about the prevention and protection of fainting spell.

There are some symptoms are seen for syncope or fainting spell. They are known as pre-syncope. It is important to know that most of the faints are happening when you are standing. But if you know about the sings of this problem it will be help you to prepare yourself from faint. So, you have to know the signs of fainting spell. And it will also help you to stay safe if you do faint.

The most common symptoms of fainting spell are- a sudden sweat, nausea, quick breathing, confusion, blurred vision, yawning, ringing in your ears. It is important to know that these symptoms of fainting spells can come quickly or come slowly but if you will prepare about the symptoms you can fight with this problem.

Now we will know about the matter that what we can do if we get the warning of the symptoms of fainting spell or syncope. This is so important to know for us to safe us. According to medical experts suggestion you must lie or sit down and place your head between your knees. It will to help to restore blood flow to the brain and you feel relax from fainting mood. If you on a stand position you have to cross your legs and tightening your abdominal muscle. This process is fit for you if you are in a crowded place or unable to sit or lie down immediately. It also important to know you that if you want to prevent fainting spell you have to drink water a lot and you should eliminate all types of caffeinated beverage.
